I find the topic of research to be socially very relevant and IIT Roorkee should accept up to Five Models to be built and tried for certification of the pre-defined USE Parameters by the Participants while funding their model making. However, why link this to Namame Gange or any river?  Focus area should be THE SELECTED MODEL'S stand alone use in Rural, Urban Clusters with no or conditional linking to Sewerage Collection System if available. I wish to offer Community Toilets with Low Cost Multi Cavity BIO-REACTOR with Biogas and Irrigation Water as the Output. Let the Organisers reach out to Interest Groups and also assist them by offering an M.Tech. student to take the proposition as a Joint Research Project. Please tell me whom to write to , to participate in the competition as those details are not in the article.
