Dear Members. It is indeed very appreciative to note that The Parmarth Niketan, Rishikesh has implemented a compact WWT plant taking in all effluent and converting into re usable effluent water. The reuse water is of utmost purity and offer Kudos to Team Leader and its Members. A suggestion: All community members may be guided to use least soap and detergent. For kitchen utencil cleaning use of hot water is followed and oily soap and aeraca, oil- nut, besan, wood-ash, powder, fine sand may be used. If hot water is used as de greaser and chemical soaps are not used, the treatment can be made more simple. The sludge slurry which is the other by product may be co composted with gobar and biomass.
