Dear IWP Members. It appears that NGT has started fixing responsibility on all non deliveries by ULBs nation wide. Fines are being levied. Will this trend turn around accontability from ULBs who are not upto standards. At best in the tail-end of all Municipal STPs suggest have natural remediation practices happening naturally 24x7 all year round, in all seasons. Can have floats with plants, and urban greens parks traffic islands Etc.. to get irrigated and provide greens too.. HRT for each STP is also increased.
