Thousands of Community Toilets constructed in past is used very well by the lower income people in many places, because the need of safe sanitation is felt by the them. May be some defects in the construction shall be improved. Give some minimum Education to all people and that drive them

I was doing a survey for my consultancy project and I saw that in some of household in MP they were using the toilets for keeping their poultry birds..Sometime infrastructure building also needs to accompany with awareness and community education.
