The questioned arise for the adaptation of water conservation policy from the grass root level. Nowadays also some organizations are involved in the mini or mega project of water conservation through the joining the rivers . But the grass level happening means giving the power to the grampanchayat levels ,district administration level and state level to raise the fund and implement for the cause of water conservation from small flowing stream to the river and also the laws has to be make for the treatment of sewage water and reuse for the irrigation purpose at village level and in urban to make the green gardens existing and new to develop for the better rainfalls and sustainability in self independent to face the water scarcity problems as per district and village levels.
