I think that open channels have to be replaced with pipes. There are no grasses and fungi . The losses are less.The distribution and more precisely.
Can I get your channel standard.

Every method has its own advantages and disadvantages. India is a vast country. The cost of construction and maintenance will be too high. Also maintenance of pipe delivery everywhere is not suitable. What do you mean by channel standard ?
