The years are given wrongly... If we integrate the legal authority under one roof, faster and better implementation can always be possible in a 5 to 8 years plan.

A plan to be successful, it is essential that it chooses right solutions. Without reducing the use of water in agriculture drastically, it is impossible to increase fair weather flow in rivers and their tributaries including Ganga to purify them. No efforts are being made in this direction. Therefore It is impossible to make Clean Ganga programme successful, in near future. Thanks to Water resources Minister, Clean Ganga Mission, Central water Commission and Agriculture department, Govt of India for the failure.
