Given our context, waste water is not segregated by industrial or household effluents. It all just flows into unbelievably stinking dirty nullahs. Even after treatment if this water is used in agriculture, the crops get a smell. It is not particularly healthy. At best the treated waste water could be used for horticulture - u know like forestry, gardening etc. or construction, cleaning etc. - anything that is not edible.
