Punishing industries is not a ...

Punishing industries is not a solution that will be accepted by present govt. Moreover, it is more about domestic waste than industrial waste. So pointing diatribe solely against bureaucrats is not fair. First, cleaning River Ganga cant be a one time job, it has to be a continuous process. Next, mission cant be achieved just by main river, it has to be a holistic process covering its tributaries too. Third, if I am correct, 80% waste is from domestic n 20% is from industrial. Sufficient fund needs to be allocated. Fourth, Govt needs to rethink about continuing 3 Ministries for water. So someone can be made accountable. Fifth, Ganga is not just for India, BanglaDesh is also beneficiary. Approach sh accommodate transnational factor.
