Whether the Govt of India is ready to change the rules to stop the industries, and other government departments not to add any pollution to Ganga ? Whether Govt of India is willing to increase minimum flow in Ganga and its tributaries during dry whether season. if not, then it is only lip service to say we want to clean Ganga.
