It is good to see the water=production machine has been installed at Noida Ashram.The technology was old but executed now.
This must be just capturing Vapours and converting that into water by cooling as far as whatever little chemistry that I had studied one cannot fix hydrogen with Oxygen under normal circumstances of Temperature and pressure.It is not possible to make water by normal atmospheric conditions.
