Again I have some confusion in my mind 20 kiloliters water to every household, it is daily supply or monthly??? If think daily and average family members in house are five( 5 suppose) every day 4000 litre one person will get water, but as per standard requirement it is too much !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If monthly 20k then 5 member family getting 13.35 litres water per person per day which is too less!!!!!!!!!! So first decide comming out from political speeches by conducting meeting with Delhi authority, If yourself calculate as I have done you will surprise, on what base politicians/officers/people are delivering lectures about 20 kilo water(but not in terms of rate)!!!!!!!!!!!!!
