Hi Acharya I was tied to schedules for which I was unable to discuss. See One need to study the river releases from Nepal over past 4 to 6 decades. Then study the topo (river valley slopes). Analyse the power generation by Nepal in the valley, power needs, max power and put them on table and find whether PSS could be solution (partial), else look for sharing power from Indian power grid to Nepal in lieu of water. Thus the technical study should recommend the GoI for a bilateral meeting between Nepal and India

Hi Acharya
I was tied to schedules for which I was unable to discuss.

Analyse the power generation by Nepal in the valley, power needs, max power and put them on table and find whether PSS could be solution (partial), else look for sharing power from Indian power grid to Nepal in lieu of water.
