I fully agree with Er. Agrawal. We are not coming out of the old mindset, We need to groom our future generation water leaders and then shoulder the responsibility of country's water management which is so diverse and complex. I am afraid, we are becoming incompetent in bringing in the modern concept of management in the water sector.
