Excellent thoughts, the time has change, Information Technology has bridge all the gaps. There is need of Inter-generation Dialogue to motivate the young minds to work in water sector. It is not only the irrigation but other sectoral needs like of Water like drinking water, industry etc also require trained engineers and hydro-geologist who can work in the sector for improving the water sue efficiency and adopt community centric approaches. There is need to provide them platform so that they are empowered to take part in decision making, get employment, use advance technology and work along with experienced people for overall growth & prosperity of society.
