Can anything to be done to provide waste water treatment on the Koovam river.We NRIs in the middle east are ready to invest and install Solar based RO plants along the TN Coast if we can get proper transparent coorperation to allocate lands in coastal areas and firm contracts to make reasonable payments for the investment that we make.The question is how to proceed and to whom that we have to make this proposal
