At downstream end, Pump the collected waste water away from Banks to low cost Flood Plains EVEN ACCROSS THE RIVER (as crowded development is not on both sides of the River downstream) and a combination of Lined Oxidation Ponds/ Reed Bed treatment and Lined Ponds for Bioremediation may be effective with final irrigable water pumped away from banks... Garland Sewers are a must and River Crossings at downstream of Garland Sewers can be optional from City to city basis...
