Leaving aside economics, water availability in Delhi is a major concern. Like it or not, but Rohini locality of Delhi is sustained from Tehri Dam. Three Dam namely Renuka, Kushau and Vyasi at Yamuna hold the key to water availability for Delhi. Today we can do at some cost. Tomorrow we shall be forced to do it at ten times the cost.
