Vidhya Some elaboration on the proposal to give 20000 liters of free water to each household is required. Is it per year or month? Is it only for low income group or for all. I seem to have missed the news report.Can you please provide link to the announcement /proposal whatever? Www.refurbindia.com

There is no actual proposal yet however it is discussed in the manifesto of the new elected state government in Delhi http://timesofindia.indiatmes.com/AAP-Manifesto/photo/46075319.cms The idea is to give 20 kilo litres of free water to every household in Delhi every month (almost 700 litres every day) with metered connections and usage of more than this free water supplied shall be charged.
